The challenge
Apparel merchants change their homepage weekly and need every collection page to load fast on mobile — without a developer in the loop for a banner swap or a seasonal reshuffle.
Our solution
A custom Liquid theme built from composable sections, with product, collection, and metafield architecture planned up front so the team can rearrange pages themselves. Apps are integrated without hard-coding into the theme, and a real-device speed pass runs before launch.
The results
