The challenge
Property sites live and die on browsing listings: filters have to be quick, galleries have to load on a phone, and the agency has to add a property in minutes without breaking the layout.
Our solution
A bespoke theme with a structured listings content model, server-side filtering that keeps URLs shareable and indexable, an image pipeline built for large galleries, and an admin designed around how agents actually enter a property.
