The challenge
Draftboard Inc. needed a Desktop partner who could move quickly without cutting corners. Their previous setup couldn't keep pace with the product's ambitions, and every release felt riskier than the last.
Our solution
We owned the desktop development, ux design work end to end — shaping the scope, shipping in weekly increments you could click, and building Draftboard on a stack (Tauri, Rust, React) chosen for longevity over novelty.
The results
