Sentinel Systems needed a Desktop partner who could move quickly without cutting corners. Their previous setup couldn't keep pace with the product's ambitions, and every release felt riskier than the last.

We owned the desktop development, data visualization work end to end — shaping the scope, shipping in weekly increments you could click, and building Sentinel Ops on a stack (Electron, TypeScript, React) chosen for longevity over novelty.
