The challenge
Kite Travel needed a UI/UX partner who could move quickly without cutting corners. Their previous setup couldn't keep pace with the product's ambitions, and every release felt riskier than the last.
Our solution
We owned the ux research, ui design work end to end — shaping the scope, shipping in weekly increments you could click, and building Kite Booking Flow on a stack (Figma, Maze, Design Tokens) chosen for longevity over novelty.
