The challenge
Pilot Analytics needed a UI/UX partner who could move quickly without cutting corners. Their previous setup couldn't keep pace with the product's ambitions, and every release felt riskier than the last.

We owned the ui design, design system work end to end — shaping the scope, shipping in weekly increments you could click, and building Pilot Dashboard System on a stack (Figma, Design Tokens, Storybook) chosen for longevity over novelty.
