Trainify

A two-sided marketplace has to satisfy two very different users at once: clients browsing for the right coach near them at a time that works, and coaches and venue owners managing availability, pricing, and payouts. Neither will tolerate a booking that double-books or a payment that silently fails.

We built a React + Vite front end over a Nest.js API with Postgres on Heroku behind TypeORM, wiring Stripe for payments and payouts and Google Maps for location-based venue and coach discovery. Gemini and Google Cloud services support the matching and assistive flows, S3 handles media, and Sentry gives production error visibility. Framer Motion and MUI carry the booking and calendar interactions.

Clients discover and book coaches and venues by location and availability, and coaches manage their own schedules and pricing rather than going through an operator. Stripe handles the money end to end, with Sentry watching the booking paths that matter most.
