Moving companies quote from photos and phone calls, schedule crews against trucks and traffic, and lose margin whenever an estimate is wrong. The platform had to pull that into one operational system, connect to the Microsoft and Google tooling these businesses already live in, and use AI where it genuinely reduces manual entry rather than as a bolt-on.

We built a React + Vite front end over a Python backend, hosted end to end on Microsoft Azure with Postgres on AWS behind an ORM and S3 for file storage. Gemini and Google Cloud services handle the AI-assisted flows, Microsoft integrations wire the platform into the customer's existing workspace, and Google Maps drives routing and distance-based quoting. A Storybook component library keeps the web and mobile surfaces consistent, and feature flags gate in-progress work.

Quoting, scheduling, and crew coordination run in one system instead of across phone calls and spreadsheets, with 60+ platform integrations maintained behind stable boundaries. Three staging environments and flagged releases keep a business-critical CRM shippable without risking live operations.
